Valle Del Desierto Apartments (245 S. Bingham, Somerton, AZ) is rent subsidized apartment community for the elderly (62 and older) with 44 one-bedroom units. The apartment complex will be managed by Housing America Corporation and subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development 202 PRAC Program. Effective April 1, 2015, Valle Del Desierto Apartment PRAC 202 waiting list is closed.

Harrison Haven Apartments (Located at 3338 Harrison Street, Kingman, AZ) is a rent subsidized apartment community for the elderly (62 and older) with 56 one-bedroom units. The apartment complex is managed by Biltmore Properties, owned by Housing America Corporation and subsidized by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Prospective tenants must submit an application to be considered for occupancy. Applicants must demonstrate that they have sufficient means to pay their portion of the rent. Once a completed application is submitted applications will be placed on the appropriate waiting list in chronological order.
