Somerton, AZ “We have dozens of families on our incubation list that are not able to work on weekends, which is required by our Mutual Self Help Program. Accordingly, the time has come for us to start packaging 502 loans for non Self-Help participants eligible for assistance from USDA,” explained Thomas Ryan, Housing America’s Executive Director.

Rollow Subdivision Update
Somerton, Arizona Thirteen families met early on Saturday (March 21, 2015) morning to start construction of their homes at the new ROLLOW subdivision in Somerton, Arizona. “We got the residential subdivision ready, we have the permits from the City of Somerton and we have the dreams of all of these families and our mission to help them”, said Thomas Ryan, Housing America’s Executive Director. It is time to get to work and back to building communities”, added Ryan.

I would like to thank you for attending our ROLLOW ribbon-cutting ceremony on May 4th. Thirteen families and Victor Troncoso, our Construction Supervisor, are hard at work during the weekends with ROLLOWs’s first two USDA’s RD Self Help Housing Program Groups (98 and 99).
