Housing America is seeking a Self Help Director to supervise the Mutual Self-Help program pre-construction activities and housing counselors.  This individual should have strong leadership and a broad range of knowledge and experience in recruiting and pre-qualifying low-income families for mortgage loan; design & implement group training sessions and conduct homebuyer education & credit counseling classes. Excellent oral and written communication skills; English and Spanish; experience working with local, state and federal government agencies and non-profit organizations.

Qualifications:  High school diploma or equivalent, 2-4 years responsible professional experience in all housing management agency program areas and two years in a responsible supervisory capacity.
